Kendal at Ithaca community members gathered Friday afternoon, Feb. 5, to celebrate the completion of the first phase of a major expansion and enhancement project. Designed to better serve its current and future residents, staff and the community at large, the project has added a new two-story, 24-unit independent living apartment building, with 38 new covered parking spaces, as well as 48 private, skilled nursing rooms to the campus.
