Welliver McGuire Inc., a 119 year old construction company, announced today that Anne Welliver-Hartsing has been named President effective immediately.
Representing the fifth generation, Ms. Welliver-Hartsing began her career with this family owned company in the accounting department before being promoted to Vice President in 2010. During that time, she was responsible for maintaining the financial health and growth of the organization.
“Anne is a visionary when it comes to taking the company to the next generation,” said Scott Welliver, Chairman of Welliver McGuire Inc. “There are not too many fifth generation companies around today. Anne will be instrumental in implementing our strategic plan, ensuring a thoughtful and seamless transition, and leading our company forward.”
Ms. Welliver-Hartsing brings significant experience in finance and operations as well as a deep knowledge of the construction industry. Her focus is to drive and maintain profitable growth while achieving operational excellence.

A graduate of St. John Fisher College, Ms. Welliver-Hartsing is an accomplished executive with a strong financial background. She is active in community organizations including the Watkins Glen Chamber of Commerce, Elmira Country Club, and Three Rivers Development Corporation.
