On March 25th, The Tompkins Chamber and Cornell University collaborated to help you answer questions, and carry on with your business throughout this epidemic. Community and business leaders joined us for a webinar series, hosted by Cornell faculty from the Law School and the SC Johnson College of Business, offering best practices and answered questions on health, safety and business considerations, and the economy as a whole.
Our first webinar focused on Food and Beverage Operations under COVID-19. The webinar was available via Zoom and hosted by Douglass Miller, lecturer at the SC Johnson College of Business; Kimberly Bukowski, Dairy Food Science Extension team member at Cornell University and Rob Ralyea, a senior extension associate in the Department of Food Science at Cornell University.
