Congratulations to our Member of the week, Friendship Donations Network! Thank you for enriching the quality of life in our community by rescuing fresh, nutritious food that would otherwise be thrown away from stores and farms and redistributing it to neighbors in need.
The Friendship Donations Network is almost entirely volunteer-run and provides food donations to hunger relief programs that serve more than 2,000 people a week, and divert over 1,000 lbs. of good food from local landfill every day. Learn more at friendshipdonations.org!
