Tompkins County Chamber of Commerce Conference Room Rental Information

The Tompkins County Chamber of Commerce’s large and small Conference Rooms are available for rent only to Chamber members in good standing for meetings and workshops.

Members may reserve the room up to 3 months in advance by filling out and submitting this online form.

Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. Chamber/CVB events and those jointly sponsored by the Chamber have priority and the Chamber reserves the right to cancel advance reservations with 60 days notice. The meeting room may not be used for private social functions such as showers, birthday parties, etc, or for fundraisers. Nor may the meeting room be used for any event which generates noise which interferes with the operation of the Chamber.

1. Large Conference Room will hold: up to 44 people seated for lectures.
   • up to 30 people at long tables for lectures with note-taking
   • approximately 30 in a large rectangle
   • groups of 2, 3, 4 tables would accommodate approx. 30
2. Small Conference Room will hold: 8 in large, comfortable chairs at an oval table.
3. Renter must return room to original configuration and must clean up.
4. Rental hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.  If you need the room before 8 a.m. or after 5 p.m. there will be an additional fee.
5. Renters must provide their own food and beverages.
6. The deck is available for breaks.
7. We will generally have 15-20 parking spaces available.  If you need more, attendees can park at Stewart Park and walk over or you can shuttle attendees.
8. Renters will need to supply the Chamber with an insurance certificate from their carrier.
9. AV equipment and telephone conferencing equipment is available.

Rental Fees:

Monday through Friday (no holidays), 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Large Conference Room:
For Profit Businesses or Not-for-Profit Businesses with 20 + employees:

1. $25 per hour with a 3 hour minimum = minimum of $75 

Not For Profit Businesses with less than 20 employees:

1. $15 per hour with a 3 hour minimum = minimum of $45              
2. $50 per hour for rental between 7-8 a.m. or 5 to 8 p.m.

Small Conference Room:

1. $20 per hour, 2 hour minimum.

Weekends or evening rental may be arranged.  Please call the Chamber to inquire.
